Little Chef Day is a yearly event that is much anticipated by the students, teachers and parents. Stemmed by the children’s interest, they were engaged in a series of cookery explorations discovering concepts of health, hygiene and food handling and presentation. Through this event, they were able to showcase their Kinderpreneurship skills as they learnt the basics of setting up a food stall. Children take on an active role in their learning and self-management skills, taking on various roles such as the cashier, server, chefs and promoters.
