Rupal Arora

I hold a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Roehampton, UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.

My professional career in the early childhood field began in 1989 and have since assumed cross-functional responsibilities that included curriculum design, programme marketing, student enrolment, and more than 8 years of experience teaching Kindergarten through Grade 3 in a variety of international settings.

As the Centre Director for Odyssey at Fourth Avenue, I am passionate and firmly believe in upholding the Odyssey's unique charter of nurturing the competent child, the competent teacher and the competent parent. One of my primary responsibilities as a Centre Director is to effectively manage the Odyssey programme and the professional development of our educators, whilst ensuring a continuous positive parent-teacher collaboration which is key to delivering a high-quality early childhood programme.
