Kelly Hor

I played a key role in spearheading the Odyssey programme when I led the working committee in its conceptualisation and development from 2006 to 2008.  I hold a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education (Wheelock College, Boston USA) and a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore.  I have more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education working with children, parents and teachers as well as in the management and administration of early childhood programmes in a variety of settings. As the Managing Director of Odyssey, I ensure that all programmes are consistent and adhere to our quality standards, and that the innovative curriculum content and pedagogy are aligned with Odyssey's strategic mission and objectives.  I also manage the supervision and continuous training and professional development of Odyssey's educators.

My passion and interest is in curriculum design, planning, research and development.
