Monica Wee

I hold a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Early Childhood Education with the University of Wales, UK. The training I received has not only equipped me with knowledge and understanding in early childhood but also deeper insights into how young minds grow and learn.

As an educator, I firmly believe that engaging learning experiences that are responsive to young children's needs and interests, effectlvely encourage children's natural curiosity and these bring about impactful and positive early childhood experiences.

I have been teaching for more than 14 years; 7 of which are in preschools and 7 years specialising in Speech and Drama. Working with young children and their parents has been a driving force for me to continually strive to be a better educator.
