Cindy Yew

My journey in the education sector started in 1999. I hold a Diploma in Education with Credit from NIE, Singapore. My teaching experience extends from the early years to the elementary years. In year 2007 and 2008, I was part of a voluntary team of educators who participated in teaching and curriculum planning for the Third World countries.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, Boston, USA and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching & Leadership). As a Principal for Odyssey @ Alexandra, my work involves the overall management of the school's administration, operations and curriculum. I am a strong advocate for positive parent-teacher collaboration as the key to enhancing children's optimal development. As a professional educator, I firmly believe that equipping children with problem solving skills and allowing them to learn at their own pace is quintessential to building tenacity, perseverance, and resilience.
