Along with my 5 years of teaching experience, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Diploma in Psychology. I have also visited the Preschool and Infant-Toddlers centres of Reggio Emilia in Italy - where I had the opportunity to benefit from studying from the world's best early childhood education programme. Reggio Emilia is a small town in Northern Italy, well-known for its authentic way of creating beautiful environments for children's learning and innovative ways of teaching children.  

My drive for teaching has always been the passion to bring out the best potential, not only from the children but also my teaching team. I believe that innovative and creative ideas and some dramatisation engages children in their learning. I firmly believe that children learn best when there is consistency and this could be achieved by working collaboratively with parents.

When the idea of developing and launching the Odyssey programme came about, I was excited to be a part of the Odyssey teaching team and now it has become a part of me. Growing and learning at Odyssey has challenged and inspired me to become a better educator. I am often asked, "So what do you do? Just teach?" I always reply, "I touch the lives of the future."
