At every Odyssey campus, the Centre Director and Curriculum Specialists lead a team of dynamic educators in the planning, implementation, display and documentation, evaluation and reflection, and observation and assessment of children's learning. The Odyssey pedagogues, with their dynamic presence and vivacious personality, complemented by their relentless passion and commitmment to the profession are the gems of Odyssey.  At Odyssey, all our educators are viewed as competent teachers, who like the children bring with them their unique individuality and traits, special gifts and talents that would add value and vibrancy to the programme. The majority of our educators have been with the programme since the beginning of the Odyssey journey in the year 2008.

Our educators are highly qualified and experienced educators who bring with them valuable experiences working in early childhood education from different settings. Many have taught at other reputable international schools before joining the Odyssey team.  Educators at Odyssey have a high regard and responsibility for ensuring that children learn in a safe, caring and positive environment. At the same time, all our educators embrace a strong philosophy for working and collaborating with parents  in establishing positive home-school partnership, as one of the primary catalyst in promoting optimal learning outcomes for children.

Most full-sized classes are resourced with a Curriculum Specialist, an English-speaking teacher and a Chinese Language teacher, all of whom are responsible for supporting the children's learning. The Odyssey is unquestionably effective in promoting the optimal teacher-child interactions and facilitation based on the low teacher-child ratio. Our nurturing and caring educators are committed to promoting personalised learning experiences centred on the individual child. The presence of a Chinese Language teacher in the classes, strategically support the children's Chinese language immersion experiences.
